When will my order be shipped?
Typically 2-3 days after the order is placed and by the following Monday at the latest.

What form of payments do you accept?
We accept all main credit/debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Will there be customs charges?
I unfortunately do not know and have no control over any customs or duties charges once the package leaves my hands.
If you live in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may be required to pay VAT at time of purchase.
NOTE: I am closely monitoring the US/Canada trade war situation and if tariffs must be collected when a package enters the US, all US-based customers will be informed.
What is your return and exchange policy?
I only offer returns if the package arrives broken or damaged - please contact me if this happens to you.
I do not offer returns or exchanges for any product arriving in proper condition.
